Originally from Toronto and now based in the Netherlands, Arya Verdi is a classically trained vocalist known for intimate interpretations of jazz standards, bossa nova, and contemporary jazz-pop. Drawing on influences ranging from Sarah Vaughan and Julie London to Astrud Gilberto, Chet Baker, and Laufey, she combines timeless repertoire with contemporary influences, creating an intimate musical world where audiences can slow down, listen closely, and lose themselves in the music.
